The number of PCs has joined to the Internet has a changing function, while the quantity of clients has development from a modest bunch of PC researchers to 1.5 million go through. The organization’s compass has gone on the far side the US to all aspects of the world. Yet, its quality has a dark side, as it has create from a benevolent exploration organization to a hotbed of wrong action including wrongdoing and data fraud. The word’s greater organization of PC network got its first name from U.S military arm that supported it: ARPANET was the Advanced Research Project Agency.Back in 1969 when ARPANET was fabricated, it appended the initial five site: UCLA Stanford US Santa Defense Department Spun_off MILNET, which was the piece of ARPANET that conveyed declassified aggressive talk.ARPANET was the new name of the Internet in 1984 when it joined at 1,000 hosts at Educational foundation and aggregate labs. Many methods are use to connect with Internet these are Direct or Indirect methods to connect with Internet.

Indirect Method

The Device in indirect method are connected with the network by using Ethernet or WIFI.After connected with network the network are connect with the Internet using ADSL,cable or fiber in indirect method.This is mostly use in Home and office.

Direct Method

Direct method is useful when traveling.The device like smart phone are connected with the Internet directly using 3G or 4G , Public WIFI and mobile network for direct access with the internet.

Information and data is travel the Internet through packages.Packets are the part of data that can be divide into the packets.These packets are transfer from one place to another on the internet until it reached its correct destination.When the packet reached the the computer accept the data and assemble the packets and receive the message.The packets that are broken can not travel in same path when you send the message.For example you send the e_mail message to anyone the message is broken into the packet and these packets of the message use different path to reach its destination. Data transfer beyond the internet into packets. Every packet can contain maximum of 1,500 bytes. About these packets is a jacket with a header or a footer. The information store in the jacket tell the computers what type of data is in the each packet, how it set together with other data, where the data travel from and the data is reach final destination.When you sending an e-mail message to anyone, the data is divided into packets that sending across the internet. Each packets from same place message not have to go from the same path. These part of what making the Internet so beefy and fasting. Packets will transfer from one place to another until that packets are reach their correct destination. When the packets reached, the computer accepted the data assembles these packets like a puzzle, making the message.

Internet Addresses

An Internet address for each computer uniquely identifies on the Internet. Internet address may also provide to the name of the website or IP of any Web site (URL). The word Internet address  also represented anyone an e-mail address. An IP address provide two primary functions. Because the IP address is  uniquely identified, it give permission the nodes for sending and receiving the data to and from the computers in a giving network.
